Smokehead is a peated whisky from the island of Islay, distributed by Ian Macleod Distillers, though the distillery behind it remains a secret. Smokehead has always challenged the traditional whisky world with its bold name and unconventional look—this whisky is aimed at the younger, more adventurous whisky lovers.
The Smokehead High Voltage is a heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky with no age statement, bottled at a high strength—or as the label says, "high voltage" (58% ABV).

Aroma: On the nose, intense peat welcomes you, dense and maritime, followed by notes of cereal, vanilla, and caramel with hints of black pepper.
Taste: On the palate, it's warming, with peat continuing its journey, joined by notes of barley malt, roasted nuts, citrus, and beach bonfire.
Finish: Long-lasting, with salty maritime peat playing off sweeter notes of vanilla, citrus, and smoked paprika.
