Shipping Methods and Costs

Review our shipping costs and methods.

Products are typically shipped via DPD express courier or UPS. Each item is carefully packaged (individually), and we use only thick cardboard boxes. The package is anonymous, without any of our details or information about the products inside, except for the delivery note which shows the company's name.

Whisky Italy protects its customers in the event that a broken product is received. Therefore, the customer is required to carefully inspect the packaging and to accurately report any issues or damages to the courier, and to refuse the delivery if necessary. If the package is not accepted due to product damage, Whisky Italy commits to replacing or fully refunding the damaged products. The refund or reshipment of the products will only take place once the package has returned to Whisky Italy's warehouse. If the customer accepts the package and reports the issue later, Whisky Italy reserves the right to deny the reshipment or refund of the order.

The cost for each packaged and shipped parcel depends on the destination country and the total weight of the order, starting from €10.50. The costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1 working day, after payment has been confirmed via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer in advance. Deliveries within EU will be made within 2/4 working days. Delivery times are approximate and not binding; therefore, in any case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Whisky Italy will not be held responsible for any delivery delays.

At the time of shippment, Whisky Italy will send an email with details to track the order status in real-time. Additionally, once the shipment has been dispatched and the tracking number is provided by the courier, an email will be sent with the tracking number.

Deliveries by the courier are made on weekdays during normal working hours. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment and a phone number to allow our Customer Service or the courier to contact the buyer.

We strongly recommend that you carefully check the physical condition of the packaging and the requested products upon receipt.
