The Panama 9 Years Old is a molasses-based rum, distilled in 2014 and aged for about 9 years—3 of which in a tropical climate—in a single ex-bourbon cask before being bottled at 45% ABV, without added colorings and non-chill filtered, with a total of 348 bottles produced.

Aroma: On the nose, there are notes of tropical fruit, passion fruit, banana, orange zest, grapefruit, with hints of coffee.
Taste: On the palate, there are notes of vanilla, citrus, raisins, molasses, and menthol.
Finish: The finish has good persistence, spicy, with notes of black pepper, citrus zest, milk chocolate, and a light hint of menthol.
