The Linkwood distillery is located in Elgin, in the Speyside region. Founded in 1821 by Peter Brown, it began official production in 1825. The distillery employs long fermentation times and swan-neck stills, which contribute to creating a refined and aromatic spirit.
The Linkwood 13 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky aged for 13 years in a single ex-Oloroso sherry butt before being bottled at its natural strength (53.3% ABV), without chill filtration and in its natural color, with only 522 bottles available.
