Born in 2020, the "Sinclair Series" was created in honor of the founder of the Tobermory distillery, John Sinclair. The series will include a limited number of releases, the first of which is the Rioja Cask Finish.
The Ledaig Rioja Cask Finish is a peated single malt Scotch whisky without an age statement, primarily aged in ex-bourbon casks and then finished for several months in Spanish red wine Rioja casks before being bottled, as is customary for the distillery, at 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and in its natural color.
