Color: Light amber.
Aroma: Deep and rich in fruit, the sherry notes dominate, followed by vanilla and fresh almond; with the addition of water, the fruity notes become even clearer but there is an increase in acidity.
Taste: Sweet with notes of vanilla, almond, sherry, and oak wood with hints of malt; with the addition of water, it sweetens, enhancing the malt notes.
Finish: Of good length, smooth, with light spicy notes and brown sugar.
