The Kilchoman Sanaig is made up of 70% single malt aged in ex-Oloroso sherry casks and 30% aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The Oloroso casks significantly contribute to the depth and color of this whisky, setting it apart from Machir Bay. In short, Kilchoman Sanaig continues the classic Kilchoman style—but with a sherry-driven soul.
