ura Distillery is located on the namesake island, part of Scotland’s Inner Hebrides. Founded in 1810, it experienced periods of closure and revival until 1963, when two local entrepreneurs, Robin Fletcher and Tony Riley-Smith, decided to relaunch it with the aim of revitalizing the island’s economy.
The Jura Journey is an easy-drinking single malt Scotch whisky, aged exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at a classic 40% ABV.

Color: Pale gold.
Nose: Light and sugary, with delicate aromas of tea pastries, ripe banana, and custard blending with sweet baking spices, followed by hints of toffee and lemon.
Palate: Soft and fruity, the sweetness of ripe fruit evolves into more complex flavors: syrupy pineapple, pear, and toasted pecans with brown sugar, accompanied by hints of black pepper.
Finish: Sweet and spicy, with a touch of black pepper and candied ginger. A subtle smoky note reminiscent of crème brûlée, followed by hints of nuts and apricot.
