The Jameson 18 Years Old is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey made with a blend of 2/3 pot still whiskey and 1/3 grain whiskey. It is initially matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon barrels and European oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks, followed by a final finishing period in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Exceptionally well-balanced, smooth, and complex, Jameson 18 Years Old is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.
