The Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a truly fitting name for this blend—brings together the best of Suntory’s three distilleries: the light and floral single malt of Hakushu, the soft and fruity character of Yamazaki, and the grain whisky from Chita. The whiskies used in Harmony are drawn from five different types of casks, including American oak barrels, European sherry casks, and Mizunara oak casks. Crafted by the Suntory blending team led by Master Blender Shingo Torii, this blended whisky is both elegant and incredibly well-balanced.
