Glenmorangie, founded in 1843, is located in Tain, in the Scottish Highlands. It is renowned for its stills, the tallest in Scotland, which contribute to producing a whisky with a light and refined character. The distillery uses water from the Tarlogie Springs, situated in the hills above Tain. Recently, actor Harrison Ford became the face of Glenmorangie’s new advertising campaign, Once Upon a Scotland. Directed by Joel Edgerton, the campaign features Ford exploring the distillery and Scottish culture, even wearing a custom-made kilt.
Glenmorangie 12 Years Old The Original is a single malt Scotch whisky aged for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon oak casks before being bottled at a classic 40% ABV.

Aroma: The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes and ripe peach, balanced by hints of vanilla, butter biscuits, and freshly baked bread, with undertones of Brazil nuts, a subtle touch of wood, and a delicate floral note.
Taste: Smooth on the palate, starting with vanilla, followed by fruit—coconut, lemon, and apricot—along with a pinch of pepper and hints of pastry sweets to round out the profile.
Finish: Medium length, with notes of dried fruit, coconut, green apple, honey, and a light mineral touch on the close.
