Independent bottler That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s USA Series features 9 releases + 1, with each label showcasing the distiller/founder of each distillery in the style of a vintage baseball card. The collection has been "authenticated" and includes an information box at the top of each label. Notably, the Millstone label is torn in half—since this card was not authenticated and validated as a collectible baseball card.
The FEW 6 Years Old is a rye whiskey made from a mash bill of 70% Midwest rye, 20% local corn, and 10% two-row malted barley. The fermentation process uses a wine yeast strain from the Loire Valley. The whiskey is aged for at least 6 years in air-dried new American oak barrels before being bottled at a cask strength of 63.6% ABV, non-chill filtered, and at its natural color, with only 398 bottles available.
Label: Playing Left Field (LF) is Paul Hletko, wearing the colors of the Chicago Cubs. He holds a broken barrel stave instead of a baseball bat, and a goat is embroidered on his shirt.
