The Distillery 291 Colorado Rye Malt 3 Years Old is a rye whiskey made entirely from Colorado-grown rye. Fermentation takes place in open air, and the whiskey is triple distilled in locally made pot stills. It is then aged in new, heavily charred American white oak barrels before being bottled at a powerful 66.6% ABV!!!, non-chill filtered, and at its natural color, with only 294 bottles available.
