Launched in 1992 by Rossi & Rossi, the independent bottler Wilson & Morgan has remained true to its ethos for 30 years: offering connoisseurs distinctive whiskies, rich in personality, and with a “craft” flavor. This commitment is perfectly exemplified in its "Cask Strength" series.
The Dailuaine 12 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for approximately nine years in refill ex-bourbon casks, followed by a remarkable 30-month finishing period in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt that previously aged sherry for 60 years! Bottled in 2023 at its natural cask strength of 56.3% ABV, this whisky is non-chill-filtered and free of added color, with only 530 bottles produced.
