Cinabrio is inspired by the intense red color, a shade that the Maya extracted from a mineral and a symbol of the sun god Kinich Ahau. Created by Master Ronera Gabriela Ayala, this rum is aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
Cihuatán Cinabrio 12 Years Old is a rum made from sugarcane, aged for 12 years using the Solera system in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, before being bottled at a classic 40% ABV.
