Color: Pale amber.
Aroma: Notes of ripe dates and burnt cane sugar, accompanied by metallic hints reminiscent of copper or coins. Spices emerge in the glass, with cinnamon, thyme, and sage, alongside sweet aromas of butter biscuits and dried fruits, particularly pecans and cashews.
Taste: Initially sweet, with flavors of coffee candies, balanced by a spicy mix of ginger and nutmeg. Subtle hints of raw wood, a light herbal note, and black tea add complexity.
Finish: Well-balanced and persistent, evolving from sweet and toasted tones. Coffee candies and cane sugar give way to a slightly bitter aftertaste, with notes of black tea, hazelnut, and lightly smoked wood.
