Aroma: On the nose, it presents a pleasantly balanced profile, with a light fruity aroma and a subtle mineral note emerging in the background. We have sweet notes of toffee, caramelized apple, and pastry cream, with hints of toasted bread with butter.
Flavor: On the palate, it starts with notes of honey, followed by orange zest, apricot, spicy oak, freshly baked bread, and toasted almonds with a slight honey hint.
Finish: Of medium length, it is characterized by a persistent but balanced sweetness, with a waxy element (beeswax), candied citrus peel, sea breeze, salted caramel, and a light floral hint.
