This single malt is particularly interesting as it was distilled when Benrinnes still employed its unique partial triple distillation process, using six stills operated in sets of three. This distinctive distillation method was abandoned in 2007, and since then, Benrinnes whiskies have been produced using the traditional double distillation process.
The Benrinnes 15 Years Old - Flora & Fauna is a single malt Scotch whisky aged for at least 15 years exclusively in ex-sherry casks before being bottled at a classic 43% ABV.
