The Aultmore distillery is located between the towns of Keith and Fochabers in Speyside, in an area known as "The Foggie Moss". The distillery was founded by Alexander Edward in 1896, and its name comes from Allt Mor, the distillery's water source, which in Scottish Gaelic means "big river."
The Aultmore 12 Years Old is an unchill-filtered Single Malt Scotch Whisky bottled at 46% ABV.

Palate: Sweet with a light spiciness, featuring notes of vanilla, malted grains, lemon, and a distinct herbal element.
Finish: Short persistence, with the sweet notes fading away, leaving room for hints of lemon and fresh grass.
